Eggs are a great snack food or they can even be the main event.
Packed with high quality protein they are an inexpensive snack option. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. I buy Free Range only as I feel this is more humane. They are easy to transport and come on photo shoots with me regularly. They are a much better option than what is usually on offer at work: (see pics)....and if I'm hungry it can be extra hard to resist! Eggs fill that gap.
