It's was a pretty good day yesterday........
Coffee x 2 with about half cup of full cream milk total
2 egg omelette with mushroom, ham, tomato, mushroom and cheese cooked in butter
Handful of raw mixed nuts
2 pieces of my veggie protein bread made with chickpea flour (recipe to come)
Homemade bolognaise sauce (beef and veggies etc) on a leafy green salad
2 pieces of 85% cocoa dark chocolate
Green tea throughout the day - I've had about 5 cups today
