I try to drink Green Tea instead of any other tea. Green Tea is the least processed of four different types of tea; green, oolong, black and white, as it is steamed. It contains epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which is a powerful antioxidant (good for you) and may help increase your metabolism and fat oxidisation. Medical reports differ in the quantity that you need to drink in order to get these benefits..... but for me it was an easy switch. I drink about 5 cups a day. It's not for everyone though as most Green Tea contains caffeine.
