I love Christmas - and I love Christmas food. If you don't want to gain weight over this festive period here is what I aim towards. Try eating the lean meats and seafood, staying away from the heavy carb loaded potato dishes and do eat the yummy salads. I will absolutely be having a bit of the desserts...but will probably steer clear of the Christmas pudding and cake's which are filled with dried fruits. I may go for some gingerbread instead. I'ts a special occasion so i will treat myself a little. Enjoy!
