Morning - for me it's about 10am.....I try to keep my breakfast high in protein and fibre and lower in processed carbs. I will generally never eat cereals as they are too high in sugar and processed carbs. Absolutely no diet yoghurt's as they are far too high in sugar.
A favourite when I am at home is 2 pieces of my high protein bread, with cheese and some tomato on top - see pic - seriously YUM and filling . Or scrambled eggs with veggies, or an omelet. Eating out on the weekends its always eggs and veggies skip the toast. - EASY
